After upgrade I cannot access the administration zone

Hi,

 

After upgrading from version 5.9.7 to 6.7.2 I cannot access the administration Zone ( General Configuration, User Management, Add-ons ).

 

I'm getting the following error:

 

This site can’t be reached

The webpage at http://localhost/admin/editgeneralconfig.action might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED

 

Note: I tried this with localhost and also with the DNS record.

Hi Shady,

Could you check if there are any errors in <conf-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log as well?

Could you tell me if you have a proxy on your installation and if so, do you have compression on the proxy?

Confluence runs behind netscaler but it's uncompressed.
