I assume from your screenshot that you might be using Confluence Cloud. If so, this Former User you are seeing is because of GDPR, which means the user has had their information deleted from our systems.
It is not possible to change the author of a page, but we have a feature request for it below:
As it's not possible to change the author of a page, the solution would be to copy the content onto a new page, which will set a new author for it.
If you are not on Confluence Cloud, and you are on Confluence Server, then it is possible to modify this directly in your database:
If you choose to perform this step, please be aware that we do not support database changes of this type. We recommend that you make a full site backup and a database backup before making such changes.
