Advice - Macros?

Hi

This must've been asked a million times.  What are good macros to use for setting up request and tracking workflows?  It should include functionality for submitting, tracking, notification, output to csv, and math operations.  This would be use for purchase request, travel request, and etc . . .

Hi @Fred CY Wong,

Welcome to the community. 

Your requirements are a bit general, but I will give it a try.

First, you should not use confluence, use Jira, Maybe Jira Service Desk.

There you will have nearly all your mentioned requirements fulfilled, except the math operations, out of the box. 

For math operations,  you can use scripted fields from script runner for example.
