Adding comments to image

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I'm trying to add comments to an image so that our group can have a discussion about it. Whenever i drag the pin to add the comment, confluence just hangs (with a spinning cursor) near my name. I've tried with both safari and chrome. Any ideas on how to get past this?

It always works in the server version. :)
In the cloud version only if sporadically :(
