Adding a page with handover protocol list

Hi Guys!

I'm new in Confluence, and I have such a problem:

I need to make a page on confluence with a handover protocol list. Kind of table with equipment ID and fields to enter name and hours of taking and returning the equipment (content should be added by users). I do not want to upload an excel file, because each user would have to download, change, save and upload again. I would like to have this content online all the time. I have added an example of this table as an attachment here. IS this even possible?

@Claud - hi Claud! This is possible - in Confluence (Data Center and Cloud) there's the ability to merge cells.

I would make the entire table, and repeat the days of the week. Merge the weekday cells.

ID, Field, and Field can be merged with the cells directly underneath each.
