Adding a default label for pages created with ConfiForms template

Anna February 22, 2024

We create pages via ConfiForms template. It's basically inspired by the article Using ConfiForms app as template engine to create pages in Confluence

One of the fields is a Confluence Multi-label type field. It works well but we didn't manage to define a default value. So we need all created pages to have two obligatory labels: known-error and kb-platform. It is absolutely necessary for navigation. At the same time, we want to let users add labels of their choice.

How do we add default labels to all pages created with ConfiForms? Can IFTTT Integration Rule do it?

Hi @Anna

See this IFTTT https://wiki.vertuna.com/display/CONFIFORMS/Configuring+ConfiForms+IFTTT+actions+and+rules#ConfiguringConfiFormsIFTTTactionsandrules-AddPageLabel

It should help you to define the labels you want to be applied on any page you want (known or created dynamically via ConfiForms)

Also, the set of labels can be applied already in the ConfiForms IFTTT that is used to Create a page (there is a parameter to set the labels)
