Adding Post Rating Functionality

Hello everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me with a functionality I would like to implement. Essentially, I would like users to be able to rate blog posts that have published by others after they have read them.

Are there any existing methods or plugins that could facilitate this kind of rating system? I would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance you could provide.
