Currently in the Confluence editor, to redo a change you can use the Windows standard Ctrl+Y but this is not universal. On Unix-like systems this is (IMO more logically) Ctrl+Shift+Z in complement to the undo keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Z.
Please also support Ctrl+Shift+Z to redo a change.
