I saw older posts regarding this topic, wanted to follow up to see if any new information has resurfaced.

Is there a way to edit/add/designated anything in Confluence to have exported pages in PDF format WITH the last modified date anywhere on the document?

As far as I'm aware there isn't a built in option to automatically include the last modified date in standard Confluence PDF exports. If you're using Cloud it may be worth checking whether a Marketplace app provides more control over the PDF layout. Otherwise hopefully someone from Atlassian can confirm if there's a supported workaround or any plans to add this in the future.

Hi @Evgeniya Gerasimova

I think our Scroll PDF Exporter for Confluence can do that. We can certainly add a watermark with the export date... See the Community article on the watermark feature.

@Ericka Bastías _K15t_ - can you confirm?

Disclaimer: I work for K15t, maker of Scroll PDF Exporter.

Hi @Evgeniya Gerasimova

:) I can confirm this. It's not only possible to add it as a watermark but also as information in headers, footers, covers or any other section created with our template editor.

You can find more information of this value you can add to your exports with our app, and more in this Help Center page on Scroll Placeholders: https://help.k15t.com/scroll-pdf-exporter/6.3/cloud/scroll-placeholders

Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Evgeniya Gerasimova

You will have to insert the date yourself otherwise there is no way it will be automatically included in the export.

All the best,

Fadoua
