I saw older posts regarding this topic, wanted to follow up to see if any new information has resurfaced.

Is there a way to edit/add/designated anything in Confluence to have exported pages in PDF format WITH the last modified date anywhere on the document?

As far as I'm aware there isn't a built in option to automatically include the last modified date in standard Confluence PDF exports. If you're using Cloud it may be worth checking whether a Marketplace app provides more control over the PDF layout. Otherwise hopefully someone from Atlassian can confirm if there's a supported workaround or any plans to add this in the future.

Hi @Evgeniya Gerasimova and welcome,

there is an open request for that https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-82314 please vote and watch it.

Hope this helps,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Evgeniya Gerasimova

You will have to insert the date yourself otherwise there is no way it will be automatically included in the export.

All the best,

Fadoua
