Hi, I would like how to add a new link into a Children Display

Do you mean the Children Display Macro?

Use the Children Display macro to list the child pages of the page on which the macro is inserted.  By default, the macro displays links to the child pages. People viewing the page will see only the links for pages that they have permission to view.

So you only have to create a new Child page.

If you want to add a independent link, this is not possible.
