Add inline data on new custom column on poge property report

Hi!

We are looking for a way to create an expanded table from the page property report that will contain the values of each page, but allow us to add inline columns such as status, execution date and assignee.

The pages contains instructions and data that is not changed usually but we want to use it to create a monthly check-list.

Do you have any idea how to achieve it?

Thanks a lot

Hi @Matan Gez ,

As far as I know, there is no ability for adding columns inline to the Page Properties Report.

But with the help of the Handy Macros for Confluence app, you can add statuses that you can switch from the predefined list in the page view mode. When the Handy Status macro is added to the Page Properties macros, you can switch them right from Page Properties Report.

Thank you for your fast reply.

It looks like an awesome partial solution, for the different annoying issue of needing to change to edit mode to change status  but we are still looking for a way to write text, date and assignee in our page property reports.
