I tried to add Database using import from JIRA.  I am not able to select any other fields other than the ones listed (Type, Key, Summary, Assignee, Priority, Status , updated).  I need to add fields like StatusSummary, Parent, Level of Effort to the database fields.

Hi @Sujatha Selvaraj ,

I haven't used importing option from Jira to Databases but I'm guessing some fields are not supported. There are some open suggestions related to database imports.

However, if there's no one related to your requirement, you can reach out to Atlassian Support and discuss it with them. Usually, they can open a new feature request if one already doesn't exist.

Cheers,
Tobi
