Add SCSS syntax highlighting

When writing a code snippet, if I choose Sass as the language type for syntax highlighting, it doesn't work at all. CSS doesn't work either.
Either fix the Sass option to recognize SCSS syntax, or add a new option for SCSS. Thanks!
