Hi, we've been using whiteboards in a very limited scope of users and hit the 10 active boards, while almost a hundred other users never need to edit a whiteboard. I think this is very unfair to define the limit for such a feature per user. Could you guys consider changing this limit to an organization pool and give us a reason to migrate and merge our whiteboards from other vendors to Confluence?
Hi @Soner Gokdogan and welcome to the community,
sorry to hear you're hitting this limit in an unbalanced way.
As you're on Standard Plan you are free to create a support ticket and propose a change to this. Maybe there is already a feature request at Atlassian that they can point you to to they agree to open one.
Greetings
Philipp
True Philipp, I'll do that!.. I guess I just sent this post here in a frustration moment :)

@Soner Gokdogan As a workaround 🙄, you can ask one of those people who will never need to create a whiteboard make one and then give the user who needs it permission to edit it. That person will not be the owner (to count against their 10), but they should be able to do everything as though they own it (I think; someone correct me if this is wrong please.)

Well, that's definitely a working workaround but will create a spaghetti soon as we probably do not want users to be creating whiteboards in irrelevant spaces.
Thanks anyway!
