Are there any notifications sent to the individual you have assigned an action to? Where are the notifications sent and do they need to be a member of the Confluence page you have created to receive notifications? Newbie here:)

When you "@mention" them on the task it generates a email to the address Confluence has in their user profile. I found some docs that go into more detail: Add, Assign, and View Tasks and Email Notifications
You'll receive immediate emails for important notifications (like mentions and new pages), but when lots of changes are being made at the same time, you'll only receive a single email with all the changes within a short window (usually 10 minutes).
Note: If you assign a task to someone who doesn't have permission to view the page or space, they won't see the task.
Thank you! I provided access and permissions to folks assigned and now the action request is working.
