Action Required: How to apply custom template by default for all pages

Hi Team,

The requirement is when we create confluence page from the toolbar or from the one above the footer its should automatically pickup the custom template created, for all pages under a particular space. Is there any way we can configure template at space level, if so could you please provide the steps.

Currently the steps which I been through is:

1) Created custom template

2) Clicked on Create ....-> Create -> Search for the template created -> Create

Currently Do we have any option for pickingup the template automatically whenever we create pages, if not is there any plan for this to be developed in future? If so when?

Also let me know if we can have call scheduled to discuss on same.
