I set-up the account by my personal email, and now I want to change my personal email to my work email. But I got the message said the following -
Your email change request could not be processed because [my corp email] is already associated with another Atlassian account.
What should I do?

Are you looking to completely remove the other account and its history?
I would recommend reaching out at Customer Support. They will be able to assist you with your account.
