Accessibility improvements for Confluence and Jira

Hello all, 

Does anyone know where to find a list of any handicap accessibility improvements (if any) have been made to the following versions of Confluence or Jira? 

• Jira Service Desk - 3.16.1
• Jira Software - 7.13.1
• Jira Core - 7.13.1
• Confluence  6.13.2

Thank you I appreciate your answer. I wasn't sure if there was anything more specific than searching through the release notes. We are jumping several versions so I was hoping there was some type of aggregation on the topic somewhere.
