I have cancelled and returned to the free plan and I need to access my space as free plan,
no need to open as public, so I just need my data.
How can I access? your system blocked me to get my data.
Hi @junkilee
Welcome to Atlassian Community!!
Problem the problem summary, I understand that the data on the site junkilee1982.atlassian.net is not accessible.
Upon checking internally, the site junkilee1982.atlassian.net is showing as deleted but in recoverable status since you were on a free plan you will have to raise a support ticket with our billing team here https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ who can assist you further with the recovery.
Hope this helps!
Best Regards,
Vishalakshi Narayanaswamy
Hi @junkilee ,
Downgrading or cancelling a paid plan does not automatically delete your Confluence spaces, but if the site was fully cancelled/deactivated, only Atlassian Support can check whether your data is still within the retention window and help with a restore or export.
From the Community side we can’t see your site’s internal status or data, so this must be handled by the Support team.
I’ve already notified the Atlassian Support team about your case so they can follow up.

Hi @junkilee
If you recently made the switch from paid to free, your site should be accessible, so your best bet would be to reach out to Atlassian Support
If you downgraded your site and left it idle, Atlassian deactivates it after 120 days. You can still try to reach out to Atlassian Support, but your support options on a free plan are likely limited.
