User requests access to a restricted Confluence page. The space admin gets an email with a Review Access link. She clicks on the link and the user is granted access. After a while, the user loses access and has to repeat the cycle.
The Admin looked at the access list, and the new user is not listed.
Is this the way it is supposed to work? Will she have to add the user to the access list to the access list manually to make the access permanent?
