We give our customers guest access to our spaces, but we would like to allow them to see the profiles of some of our staff on the same space, but Guests cannot see user profiles.
Is there anyway to do this? Or request the feature.
In Confluence Cloud, guest users currently cannot view the profiles of other users, including staff, due to permission restrictions. Atlassian has designed guest access to be limited for security and privacy reasons, which includes hiding user profiles.
Unfortunately, there isn't a built-in feature or setting to allow guests to see staff profiles without giving them more extensive access, such as upgrading them to full users.
As a workaround:
Else, You can raise a feature request.
This is a bug in confluence UI, and implementation.
Guest on + Anonymous users->View User Profile ---> Guests can see users

But this setting should be added separately in the guest users tab.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
And then there is the setting that allows anonymous users to view user profiles, but not guests
