Good morning,
I have a question regarding licensing in Confluence. We currently have 1000 users on Jira, and we are adding Confluence.
Is there a way for Jira users to access Confluence or specific spaces without a license? I seem to remember that it is possible but I am not entirely sure and I would like to confirm it. If it can be accessed, what actions could these users take? because I guess they won't be able to create spaces or something like that, just read the documentation.
Thank you and greetings.
There are two options to consider: anonymous or guest. Have a look at this article - granting-unlicensed-internal-access-to-confluence-cloud
Hey @David Arévalo
Along with this option, if you are under a Premium subscription to Jira or Confluence, you can add an IP Allowlist to allow only certain IPs to access your content. Using both tools together is really helpful for these types of situations.
Regards!
