Hello, could you please advise if only users who were added to my space have the access to this space? Or all users of Confluence (even if we didn't add them manually to our space) can access? We use free plan
Permissions aren't customizable and anonymous access isn't available on the Free plan. If your site has always been on the Free plan, everyone who can log in to your Confluence site can view, add, and edit spaces and pages.
@Ollie Guan is correct, you need to upgrade your plan to set permission on spaces. If required, you can grant all users permissions for your space, that will grant all the users in your site access to the space and this action cannot be undone on the free plan, meaning you cannot reset the space permissions later.
