Access Page Restrictions from JavaScript

Bit of a WebDevelopment/Confluence rookie here.

 

I'm trying to access the current page's restrictions from JavaScript. I want to conditionally show some dynamic content if a user has edit restrictions to a page. How would I access this flag?
