API for audience members

Can Status Page audience members (for example, our company's customers), who are only subscribed to use the Status Page itself and seemingly do not have access to the "API info" section, use API calls to receive the most recent status page status?

No this is not possible. to be able to make API calls, you need an API token to get details from a statuspage.
