A Way to "Reverse Blog"

Right now we have a blog active on our parent page and our children pages can all see whatever blog post we make if they have the blog widget active. 

Is there a way for people to blog on the children pages and all of those posts show up on the parent page?

Each space has a dedicated blog area and allows you to create blog posts in that area.  It uses it's own structure and does not have parent / child structure.  

If you wand a specific feed you can use labels and use the label macro to pull all pages with that label into a feed but it would not be a blog feed.
