We have one user that is trying to activate his account using his Microsoft account. When he clicks on the invite, he gets a 431 error code. We have others who can get in with no problems.
He has tried
Edge, Chrome, Firefox
Clear cookies and cache
Tried different computers.
Any suggestions?
Apparently moving his access to just user, he could log in. We then added Product Admin back in and things are fine.
Odd.
