Hello,

I am a user who has been accessing the link below.

I have not been able to log in since last December, and as shown in the attached image, the page is currently inaccessible.

Could you please let me know the reason for this issue? I would appreciate it if you could either restore my access or advise me on how to resolve it.

Access link: https://0jykim0.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces

Thank you.

@김지영 welcome to the Atlassian community.  I did not see an attachment but am assuming that it has to do with the account being disabled due to inactivity.  I am also assuming that you are on a free plan so I have escalated it here to Atlassian so they can see if the space still exist and can reactivate it for you.  Inactive free accounts will be deactivated and eventually deleted.  You should have received multiple emails about the service being deactivated before it is actually done.

Hello @김지영

the link you shared is the Confluence “Spaces” list, so if that’s not opening and you haven’t been able to log in since December, it’s almost always a site/access problem, not something you can fix on the page itself.

Most common reasons I’ve seen:

The whole site 0jykim0.atlassian.net is deactivated / suspended (plan/trial/billing/inactivity).

Your account no longer has Confluence access (license/permission removed).

You’re signing in with a different Atlassian account/email than the one you used before.

Quick things to try:

Open the link in an incognito/private window and sign in again.

Double-check you’re using the same email you used previously.

Try opening just https://0jykim0.atlassian.net  If it shows “site unavailable / deactivated” then it’s definitely a site-level issue.

If it’s deactivated or access was removed, only the site admin (or Atlassian Support) can restore it or re-grant access.

Have a great day ☀️

Hello,

Thank you for your detailed explanation.

I have very important data stored in both Confluence and Bitbucket.
Would it be possible to temporarily reopen the site so that I can back up the data? I am willing to pay any necessary fees if required.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could review this and let me know what options are available.

Thank you in advance, and I look forward to your prompt response.

Best regards,
Jiyoung Kim

Hi @김지영

Thank you very much for writing back to us.

I understand that you are looking forward to reactivating the site.

Since you are on the free plan, I suggest you to raise a request with our billing team here directly https://www.atlassian.com/company/contact/purchasing-licensing#/ who can assist you with the reactivation and also advise you if the site data is recoverable or not.

Hope this helps!

Best Regards,

Vishalakshi Narayanaswamy

Hi @김지영

Welcome to Atlassian community!!

From the problem summary, I understand that you are unable to access your site and list all the spaces.

I verified from the backend and noticed that your free confluence site was deactivated and is now permanently removed as per the retention policy mentioned in our data storage FAQ here confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/data-storage-faq-873871367.html.

Hope this helps!!

Best Regards,

Vishalakshi Narayanaswamy
