I have set up a user that will only have access to view only particular pages in Wiki. Once they click on an external URL they will go directly to the page. Problem is they have access to click on the Dashboard to go to the Home Page. I would like to deny them access to this option.
Also, though they are set up to only be able to "view" a certain page, which should only list activities for that page on the "feed" on the home page if they do select "dashboard", a personal page activities are also being listed even though I have restricted these pages from being viewed.
How do I get rid of the "dashboard" access and if I can't get rid of it, how to I get rid of the "personal page" activities on the feed if they do go back to the dashboard?
Well, in a Confluence standalone you can at least add some Javascript to perform redirection (not a bullet proof solution), but this is OnDemand.
I can't think of a good solution for this, however, you might want to keep an eye on https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-1882.
