Our organization uses the Confluence platform, and I am responsible for publishing content through it. However, we have been receiving complaints from users(especially iPhone users) who are accessing Confluence with guest accounts. These users are unable to use the mobile app, which makes it inconvenient to view content.
Additionally, even when attempting to access the platform via a mobile web browser, content often fails to display properly, rendering the site unusable for them.
We need support on the following:
Is there any way for guest account users to access Confluence through the mobile app?
Why is content not displaying properly for iPhone users when accessed via the mobile browser, and what can be done to fix this?
We would appreciate any guidance or solutions to improve accessibility and user experience for guest users on mobile devices.
Hello @이철성 ,
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
We’re currently unable to support guest accounts in the Confluence mobile app – this is a known constraint tracked under CONFCLOUD‑76382
To fix mobile browser display issues on iPhone, try switching to Chrome/Firefox or toggling desktop/mobile in Safari. Also ensure guest (or anonymous) access is correctly enabled at space‑ or page‑level .
