Импорт пространств

Коллеги всем привет!

При импорте с onprem jira (v9) в облако. Выходит сообщение 

Failed to start a long running task

В чем проблема? zip архивы переупаковывали, форматы все пробовали PDF, WORD, PDF

Please reference this other post where other people have got this to work with the XML export - https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Confluence-questions/Import-of-Confluence-space-fails/qaq-p/2808015 

There is a bug for this - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-75643 which was closed without a solution / workaround.

Please can you try that and let us know if it works?
