OK, this hack's a bit on the Fun Friday side but it works :)
You probably heard about the new page version history in Confluence. Opinions are split but there's one funny bit about that which might interest folks who need to do compliance and such.
Anyway... So you compare two pages and you get an ad-hoc page with the differences displayed.
That diff page has its own link.

Which you can embed with the iframe macro. The diff visuals, the Rovo summary, the lot.

I mentioned compliance earlier and the reason is that I saw people creating child pages to manually log summaries of changes between individual versions - or using MS Word exports...
Here, you just take the link to the diff between the latest and the previous Verified version and iframe it.
Yes, it is a duct tape solution, a compliance done on a budget, but hey... it does the job :)
