Introducing Multiaccount Support for Confluence Mobile

Hello Atlassian Community,

We're delighted to announce a new feature that aims to significantly improve your Confluence Mobile experience, whether you're an iOS or Android user: Multiaccount Support.

We know that many of our users work across various domains and accounts, and up until now, accessing content from different accounts had been a bit of a hurdle. You would have to continuously log out and log in - a process that could prove tedious and cause regular interruptions to your workflow.

We've heard your feedback, and that's why we're introducing Multiaccount Support for Confluence on iOS and Android.

With this update, you can now stay signed into multiple accounts, and effortlessly move between sites across accounts. Additionally, if you click on a link to content tied to a different account, you'll be auto-switched to the account that has access.

Here's how it works:

1. To log into a new account on the Confluence app, go to the Profile Page -> Site menu. Click “Add sites”.

2. You’ll automatically be taken to a log in screen, where you will be able to log into an additional account.

3. Once you’ve logged in, the sites for your additional account will be added to your sites list.

4. If you receive a link to a page that belongs to a different account than the one you’re currently using, Confluence Mobile will automatically switch you to the account that has access.

To access this new feature, simply download the latest version of the Confluence iOS or Android app. We hope this enhances your Confluence experience and eases your mobile workflows. As always, we welcome your feedback on everything Confluence mobile!
