My favorite is template and blue prints. I love making new templates for team use cases. We do a lot of migration so we have build out templates to help us gather infromation to be successful with migration. Confluence is ACE in my book and a well needed tool for everyday work.

Good to see a new community badge, For the confluence templates, I create my own custom templates, sometimes with lists of child pages or maybe with databases or smart links.
I love the variety of available templates available in Confluence Cloud. Added with some of your custom templates of course. I fully agree with @Dan Breyen's comment btw.
I like the project management templates. It saves a lot of time on repetitive tasks. I haven't gotten into custom templates next, but that's on the horizon.
My favorite is actually the ability to create our own custom templates. One main reason for this is that (almost) all our content is in Norwegian, hence the templates need to be in Norwegian.

We use Confluence and I have created custom templates for phase gates, charter, meeting notes and other project documentation. I love that we can embed Jira issues which pulls the current status!
Decision log is my latest must have. With a large project where decision need tracking in one place, we needed to standardize and document the decision process.
