Carousel Updates: Enhanced Features and A New Look

Hi Community!

We are excited to announce the updated look and feel for the Carousel feature in Company Hub! This update brings a fresh layout and several new functionalities to enhance your content presentation.

New Layout and Features

• Split Left Image Frame: Experience a brand new layout with sleek-looking thumbnails and new scrolling arrows.
• Configuration Panel Enhancements: The configuration panel now offers a tab-specific view, allowing for easier adjustments.
• Autoplay: Automatically rotate your carousel at an 8-second interval, providing a dynamic viewing experience.
• Corner Styling: Available exclusively on Company Hub, you can now choose between square or rounded corners for your frames.
• Navigation Options: Switch between thumbnails and progress circles to suit your presentation style.

Content Customization

• Increased Frame Limit: Add up to 10 frames to your carousel, a significant increase from the previous limit of 3.
• Layout Choices: Choose from four layout options, including text with frame above the image, split design left, split design right, and solid colored background.
• Button Functionality: Customize your links with new button options, allowing you to change the button's appearance and title.
• Color Customization: Change background and text colors to match your brand or theme.
• Media Picker: Utilize the new image renderer with the updated media picker, also available in the Cards and Spotlight extensions.

Once saved, all Company Hub users can view the exciting new features in action

@Morgan Wang & Stefanie - thank you for this fantastic update! Loving the autoplay toggle and navigation progress circles! The increased number of frames to 10 is great!

Still missing (I think)

The ability to open Carousel links in a new tab would be awesome to have. That way users do not have to use the browser controls to return the Company Hub. I think this will make for a smoother user experience. What do you think?
