Calling Interview Participants for Confluence: Admin Access & Policy

Hello Community!

Are you an admin who's had to make decisions about whether to roll out the Confluence mobile app? We're talking with Confluence administrators about how they run Confluence at their organization—who gets access, how it’s managed, and where mobile access fits (or doesn’t) into their approach.

What’s involved in the research:

• Sessions are 1 hour and conducted over video-conference, so you can participate from anywhere around the globe.

• During the research, we'll start with a general chat to get to know you, then dive into your perspectives on access policies at your organization (particularly regarding mobile access or lack thereof).

• As a token of our appreciation, you'll receive an e-gift card worth $100 USD within 5 business days of completing your session.

We've recently been looking at using a custom domain for Confluence. However, one of the downsides listed:

Mobile apps

When you select a custom domain Jira or Confluence link from your mobile device, you’re unable to open the mobile app. You are able to open the Jira or Confluence link in your mobile browser.

We currently use the mobile app, so losing the ability to do so just because we have a custom domain certainly would be a barrier for us!
