Hi everyone,
I’m Lauren Harrison, Product Marketing Manager for Confluence. I’m reaching out because we are in the middle of planning our product roadmaps for the next fiscal year. And this year, we’ve decided to double down on improving and strengthening the knowledge base integration between Jira Service Desk and Confluence Cloud. Before we lock in our roadmap, we want as much customer feedback and input as possible.
We’d like to set up a time to talk to you about how you use Confluence Cloud with Jira Service Desk Cloud together, and get your feedback on our plans to improve the knowledge base integration.
