I have found that due to Work From Home regime, teams are facing difficulty in collaborating. If there can be a whiteboard functionality to discuss things, it would help teams take faster decisions.
The whiteboard can be saved as a image within a ticket. I found a similar conversation here but not sure when the Atlassian team is planning on this feature as its been 3 years already.

A figma integration would also be helpful. Though I have not checked for the same as of now.
