Hi everybody!
There are a lot of applications that offer relatively similar functionality to Confluence Whiteboards. I prefer to use native features, but sometimes it is challenging to convince the stakeholders that these functionalities are worth the investment—especially when an upgrade to the Premium plan is needed, as the three active whiteboards available in the Standard plan are usually not enough.
I would greatly appreciate hearing from anyone who has successfully made the transition from another application to Whiteboards.
Thank you.

Some thoughts
1. To have multiple tools is confusing and takes valuable time thus money to find the content - so it's much more beneficial for the company
2. All data in one place - thus able to link and use Atlassian powerful search engine + AI
3. Those other tools have also cost so 5€ more for premium isn't that much
4. Automation - Creating whiteboards with templates for each time problem is found that needs root cause analyze.
5. Management decision - Management can make decision based on previous to use only one tool.
Best of luck
