Problem : URL /Card JIRA displayed in whiteboard - untimely switch

Hi,

In whiteboard, when adding links to tickets with a card display (e.g. US), the display sometimes switches to url mode for no reason.

Do you have a solution to put all the URLs back in card mode?

I've seen this behavior as well. Reloading does not fix this. We need to manually convert all the urls back to cards.

We have the same issue and sometimes "display embed" switches to "display card". Convert URL to card does not help, as the switch occurs again unexpectedly.

I may not have a solution, but I found that clicking the lock button on the edit pop-up stops this from happening in the future. The following is the pop-up I am referring to:
