We use Microsft Whiteboards, and find it relatively useful, and i have dabbled in the confluence Whiteboards

I am keep to hear the communities feedback on what you prefer

So glad you posted this, @Emmanuel_A! I had the same question, and I'm also interested in connecting a tablet to the whiteboard for live JSM change sessions (showing process as-is/to-be, etc.). I'll be really interested in folks' suggestions in this discussion, thanks!

At our company Whiteboard is included with a Microsoft License and therefore easier to access. Confluence requires a license request and is therefore not freely available. However, working with Jira issues and Confluence pages works a lot better in Confluence Whiteboards. So we see that the members of our Agile community really like the feature set of Confluence whiteboards. Although I should mention that Mural is also a favorite there that offers a Jira integration that works good enough for most use cases.
