Search does not work, unable to select columns

Dear Databases Group,

I encountered two unusual issues with the database I am currently working on yesterday.

Firstly, the search function is malfunctioning. Whenever I input a search query into the designated box, it clears out within a second or two without executing the search. This issue persists even if I repeatedly attempt to search for different terms.

Secondly, I am unable to select a column. Despite clicking on the small handle located at the top of the column, the selection does not occur, preventing me from performing any operations on it. I am specifically trying to delete a column, but this action is currently not possible.

Has anyone else encountered similar problems? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

Regarding selecting columns, have you locked the structure - if so, you will need to unlock before you can select and/or delete a column.
