In the main database if you scroll up and down the page the headers follow you, which is really useful. This is not the case however in a saved View (where you need to manually scroll back up to the top to see what the header is)

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new comments.
The team has recently merged a fix that improves how the sticky toolbar works in Databases. In the case of a saved view, you should be able to see the toolbar appear now!
