Upcoming Compass Maintenance Window

Hello to the Compass customer community,

We wanted to share with all of you, our valued customers about an upcoming required maintenance.

The maintenance will take place on September 21st, 2025 between 3:30 pm UTC and 4:30 pm UTC. This maintenance will impact write access to your Compass Component API Specifications. There will be no impact to read/browse any parts of the site during the maintenance window. Our Statuspage will be kept up to date, we encourage you to signup to get notifications via SMS or Email.

During a maintenance window, failed attempts for write operations will return an error and users will need to refresh the browser window and re-submit the write request after a few minutes.

Note: During the scheduled maintenance, customers are not entitled to SLA credit compensation as outlined in our legal agreement.
