Two problems with kudos

Hello,

I'd like some help or an explanation of what's happening with these two Atlassian kudos.

1. In the "Exclusive" section, the "Counter Bounty" kudo appears, but when I try to run it, I get this error.

2. In the "Learning" section, the "Atlassian Answered: Confluence" kudo is also missing. I've completed both parts, but it's not being recognized. Can you tell me what's going on?

Hi @Vronik, I'm experiencing the same issue. My "Atlassian Answered: Jira" kudo from Learning is missing.

Hi @Rinjini Poddar ! Thank you for flagging this issue. 

In our system, I can't see that the Get started quickly with Jira course has been completed, so this is likely what has caused the issue. Could you please share a screenshot confirming that you have completed the course? I can then manually award the badge for you!

Hi people!

I have something also in my bag :)

I think some of the older Bit-Sized Learning quizzes no longer work — they can’t be displayed properly. My guess is that the old Kudos program and the current system are structured differently, which might be the root cause.

Also, the “Round-up Catch-up” badge doesn’t seem to register progress, even though I’ve completed all the listed actions (and honestly, I’ve been doing those tasks regularly anyway to keep up with the monthly updates).

It seems like there might be a general issue affecting a few of the badges. It might be worth checking on the backend.

Our team is currently looking into the issues with the Round-up Catch-up challenge.

After posting this comment, I also get some other badges with possible problems. I am listing all right now;

1) Round-Up Catch-Up (You already mentioned about progress.)
2) Bite-sized Learning: Trello Automation (Quiz not popping out)
3) Bite-sized Learning: Jira Essentials Prep (Quiz not popping out)
4) Bite-sized Learning: JQL (Quiz not popping out)
5) Bite-sized Learning: Confluence Shortcuts (Quiz not popping out)
6) All About AI (I did not receive it after commenting on the post)
7) Thursday Thoughts (I did not receive it after commenting on the post)
8) Appy Answerer (I did not receive it after answered 3 questions on App Central)

Hi @Vronik - Thank you for sharing these issues you've experienced. To help with your questions: 

1. To participate in Content Bounty, you would need to be a member of the private Contributors group. You can request to join the group and then you should be able to view Content Bounties within the group. 

2. I've now manually awarded the Atlassian Answered: Confluence badge for you 😊
