Can any one help me to get my ebadges and certificates migrate from one email account to another

I am currently using my email adress that is active and has all the badges and certificates and activity is there a way to migrate the complete data from the current email to another as the current email is going to end soon and I don't want to loose my data I would ask my fellow mates to help in this scenario
