Thanks. I am getting the same thing. Here is the error message if I let the site fully time out.

The DNS address is not an Atlassian site, so I don't think that the issue is on Atlassian's servers . See the DNS Lookup for swoogo.com address which is the second hop in the chain - 

It's just weird. I will try from my home computer ... maybe it is just an issue because I am on the corporate network and there is a firewall block somewhere along the DNS routing table.
