You may have already seen some of these features in action! But here are the official release notes, courtesy once again of @Tyler T:

• New: Recent items from your activity feed now display in a convenient dropdown, as requested by @Jeremy M in our idea thread here
• New: Logged out users will see a yellow "Join" button in the navigation
• Updated: Accept solution reminder email template updated with fancy image and better instructions
