Here's what's new! We've rolled out several fixes and improvements to make your Community experience smoother, more reliable, and more secure.
What's changed: The "Give Kudos" button on author cards and profile cards was showing a success message but wasn't actually awarding kudos. This has been fixed.
What this means for you: When you give kudos from an author card or profile card, it will now be properly recorded and reflected in the recipient's kudos balance.
Rich text editor layout fixed in post creation flows
What's changed: The rich text editor in the Ask a Question, Write an Article, and Write a Discussion flows was consuming excessive vertical space, making it difficult to use. This has been corrected.
What this means for you: Creating new posts, articles, and discussions now displays the editor at the correct size, giving you a smoother writing experience.
House ad section removed
What's changed: We've removed the house ad section from Community forums.
What this means for you: A cleaner, less cluttered browsing experience across the forums.
What's changed: Promoted search results and the "Recommended" lozenge on search results had stopped working correctly. This has been fixed.
What this means for you: When you search the Community, promoted and recommended results will now appear as expected, helping you find high-quality content faster.
What's changed: The rank lozenge, about-author information, and badges were not displaying on author cards when viewing articles as a non-admin user. This has been fixed.
What this means for you: You'll now see the full author card - including rank and badges when reading Community articles, regardless of your account type.
Private profile data better protected
